Abstract

The case study describes the experience of a Siberian business school working in partnership with two American public colleges and a European private institution to deliver a State University of New York (SUNY) degree in Siberia. It consider a transnational education (TNE) project from the host institution perspective revealing the need for the project and selection criteria of partner institutions.
